OK, someone please tell me if anyone's ever heard of a band called Nerthus, and if so, are they any good? I can't find any "downloadable bits" to listen to. Says they are in the "pagan/black metal genre" on the label. Anyone?

I know them, I've read a review to one of their CDs years ago, but I never listened to them. They should play a mix between medieval an black metal - sounds interesting.
I will try to find some Mp3 files for you...

Listening to alot of Grand Alchemist (great band!!) and Tvangeste (another great band) -- Tvangeste reminds me of Bishop of Hexen only more focus on the guitars rather than keyboards and stuff
