What made you happy today?

got my Ferrari Stars Collection scale models today !
Made by Hotwheels Elite
it's a 250 GTO from Vanilla Sky and the 360 Spider from The italian job
and bought this little thingie

I stopped by my local guitar/music store (yesterday) and jammed with one of the salesmen for an hour and talked about music and got offered a place in his band.

It felt really good to play again, and with someone else after such a long time. :)

Then I came home and had lunch with my daughter, it was a very nice day. :)
 
Very happy today that I've got a lot of free days now outside the place I've been at for a long time(as you guys have already heard).
 
It was cracking stuff! Great to catch up with plenty of friends and meet some cool new people too. Got pretty drunk but no real hangover this morning so all good!

Plus I think I convinced a few people to check out Power Quest!
 
Fondly remembering an exceptional week's vacation back in Scotland to spend quality time romancing the gf, enjoying the weather, indulging in Britishness and rocking out in severely classy style at a rock society's anniversary ball. Also happy to be back with flatemate/German beer.
 
What made me happy... had a pretty rough time last night, actually can't think of a time in recent history that I was as upset as I was last night, but Better Days came on late into the night and it started making me feel a lot better. Definitely cemented its place as my favorite Blood Alliance track if it wasn't already there... thanks so much for the beautiful song, guys!

Sorry to hear of the rough time, hope it ain't too bad.

I feel the need to re-iterate your point about Better Days cheering one up, as I've said before it's had that effect on me plenty of times already, either to pick me up or when I'm feeling good, make me feel even better and I'm sure it'll do it plenty of times more in the future too!

Thanks man, like anything else it'll get better with time. Had to throw on Better Days when I realized I was listening to the depressing new Kamelot material :lol:

Sorry to hear that man, never a good place to be but it's cool to hear "Better Days" helped to maybe take the edge of just a little for you my friend!
