maybe they will release another live album with songs from the last 3 cds. anyone think thats a possibility?

they defenitly have to make another live album, it would be really good.

I think they'll probably head along in the same direction they did with AYDY?
Thats now how i personally would like them to turn out, but I have 3/4 kickass albums to listen to, so i'll be happy just not buying their stuff anymore. The kids in the US will make up for the loss of my cd purchase ten-fold anyways.

bodom r00lz omg. next album better be better than aydy. i think they're one of the best bands around. they should also play all of something wild on their next tour of the US

i like them alot, but as much as kalmah, nile, or HANSON? hell no

Kalmah are currently releasing better music than Bodom, I think. Nile also released a sweet album and WHEN the fuck are Hanson touring???? I wanna see that shit

i couldnt see them putting out 3 more albums even with the 3 album deal and i also cant see them going back to old bodom becuase if you read what alexi said AYDY is his favorite album so i would have to agree i think they will go down the AYDY route but after seeing them in philly playing their new shit i really like it live

I quite honestly don't think the next CD will be like AYDY? AYDY was different than Hatecrew which was different than FTR, etc. so I can't find any reason they'd make another cd like AYDY. Though I agree I don't see them going back to old Bodom. The only thing I'd be willing to bet on is there will be one slow song a la "Punch Me I Bleed, ETID, ADK"

Also, after they released Hatecrew he also said Hatecrew was his favorite album and AYDY didn't turn out like that.

Biomechanical are immense, keeping British metal alive! I've been a fan of nevermore for almost 8yrs so i gotta recommend them - insanely good. Kalmah, obviously. I think ensiferum are releasing brilliant material too.

Well after this Toronto show, and the best response being for the sw/ftr songs, I think they may reconsider what the fans like to hear live better. It may persuade them to create some more shred, but with the rhythm of AYDY?

I was thinking the same thing after the Philly show, the old stuff got such a response that I'd think hints of it could probably start showing up in future albums, but only time will tell. Hopefully the crowd response re-energized their enthusiasm for the older stuff, being they had only been doing tours in the US with really short setlists and hadn't gotten to play much of it.

I'm not the one terrorizing.. I was disappointed with AYDY myself you know. The first two songs rock the house and I think they alone make it their best album, just because of the sheer attitude on the songs. Musically I missed much more melodies. Follow the Reaper would be my favourite album easily if they had used the same studio/sound as in the Hate Me! single.
I didnt mean that.

hate to break it to you, but bodom isn't the best band out there right now, or even close to that.

You're right. They're the ONLY band out there... No other is close to them.

Don't agree with me? That's fine. But I am right.

It's fucking stupid to wait two or three years for nine songs. Crazy.

I don't think it is. With the touring and so on... it takes time to write the material, record it, etc.

I like AYDY, as I like their older stuff. So I just try not to expect anything so I'll simply check the new album when it comes out.

As disapointed as I am with AYDY I have no doubts in my mind that they'll continue down that road. Sad, because they could be making a lot better music.

Yeah they have ATLEAST 2 more albums coming out.
