Which Daw works best for slip/editing Drums

Hi guys, I know how to turn songs into midi then quantize edit to the mix. But when I want to keep the original drum tracks and just fix the timing which daw works best?? I know a bit about beat detective but it sucks when it comes to crazy blast and grinds. So I heard people swear by logic and others about reaper. I know very little about pt9 style. So just wondering what you guys think will help??

Logic, Cubase, and Reaper are all capable of slip style editing.

I believe Studio One is too.

Reaper, Cubase, Studio One, and I believe Samplitude also offers it.

And Pro Tools does not. Har har har.

Logic kind of does it, but it's a real fucking pain in the ass to use. Worst implementation I've come across personally.
