What is that one item, or many items in your collection that you cherish the most? I am quite fond of my collection of rare demos (Fullmoon's United Aryan Evil, A.C.'s Howard is Bald) and oddities, such as rare rehersals (I also have a Fullmoon rehersal). I also love my collection of 7"s.

Relatively new to metal and really new to vinyl my most cherished are pretty limited. I'd say the recently aquired (non-metal) Zeppelin 200 gram vinyl re-issues are most cherished. I'm starting with the basics, Sabbath's catalogue is next.
