Im not really that fond of reroute. it was OK . it oddly reminded me of soilworks stuff. Reroute just a break from their usual stuff. Regarding slayer's new album, i liked some of the shit on their. it was pretty heavy shit. but what i did not liek was all these nu metal kiddies ( which i will admit i was one of them at one time) buying it and havign no idea who the fuck slayer is. buyign just because its in metal edge.

Most nu-metal kiddies I know of don't even like or they don't even fucking know any heavy metal bands like Slayer, Pantera and Sepultura. They like that watered down bullshit like Linkin Park, Papa Roach, and Trust Company. I used to like nu-metal/rapcore a lot when I was 14 but I moved on to death/thrash metal mostly later on. I still like some nu-metal bands now like System Of A Down for example but....*waits to be flamed*

I dont give a shit about the other fans of the bands I like, all I care about is the music the band makes. I hate this kid that likes Slayer at school enough to go and slit his throat but is he going to make me stop listening to Slayer? NO.

Yep i agree with that! Compare with the other albums it's obvious that there's less melodies and solos...and that's what make me love In Flames above all... it's very sad to hear song like "Dawn of a new day" and "Metaphor" ...

Anyway i'll still look for their next album to see how it'll sound...but im very doubtfull about it...dont expect anything at all

System of a Down is really cool! Along with Filter, they are probably the best nu-metal band around. Don`t worry about getting flamed, I don`t think anyone here is stupid enough to viciously attack anyone who doesn`t listen to tr00 br00tal music...Oh wait, they are.
