V is great, but I can listen to it only when I'm on the V-mood.

The Odyssey has got awesome riffs and it's more aggressive.

While V is the best, The Odyssey is my momentary favourite album, so it gets my vote!

And about Candlelight Fantasia: I think it's a nice chill-out after TDWoT.
Actually I think the end of TDWoT is just too good and I'm always sad when
this song is over. If Candlelight Fantasia follows I fell a lot better.
Sadly candlelight Fantasia doesn't follow on the live album and there I like
the end even more It's such a hard time after TDWoT (live version) is
over...

Sure DWoT has kickass songs but you're forgetting that V is the ultimate album of all time.

It always varies for me. "Divine Wings" was my very first SX cd, so it holds a special place in my heart. That, and the title track is probably the most phenomenal epic ever written. Yet "V" is just beautifully melodic, and heavy, and that combination is always a winner. "The Odyssey" is the band rocking at its finest, with just as good an epic track as "Divine Wings."

But right now, "Divine Wings of Tragedy" is my favorite. It could change, though.

I LOVE Symphony X - But I HATE these constant monotonous threads and polls about them!! How often have they been done before! Cant we all just wait till the new cd comes out then start raving again?
