can you PLEASE give me the tracklist??? then I am sure we talking about the same band hahaha I hope it is the same!!! but I think it is hahaha

Rarest is definately the Funeral - Tristesse demotape from 1993.
(Not the re-release on Wild Rags, but the original tape).
Have some other Funeral stuff laying about too, but at lot of it has
never been released, and is out of the competition really.

I have quite a lot swedish DM demos from the early 90' and some other rarities, for example
Dark Tranquillity - A moonclad reflection vinyl EP limited to 1000pcs
Emperor - Wrath demo cassette, the original, from Samoth
etc.
and some local bands demos, CD's. Too much to mention really
I think everyone who was involved in the underground before the mp3 time has more or less rare things.
Actually, my rarest piece of music is a rehearsal tape of my band from the mid90'. Only one tape exist, the one we made the record on. It even has a hand drawn inlay card :D
Or even rarer: I composed some computer music, and deleted it afterwards. Thats pretty rare I think;)

It would be hard to say what here is rare amongst all...
I know I have some I'm sure, but I know when there are rarities I don't have (like Dissection "Storm in the Light's Bane" pentacle digipack) I will have to just settle for the 1st or 999999 pressing.
I was thrilled though when getting the vinyl "Under the Sign of the Black Mark", "Lost Paradise", & "In Dub" .........AAAAAAAAA I realize that the list here could keep going.... anyone to continue?
My favorite thing is what you do with them.

what's the definition of rare here? :dopey: stuff that has a limited number of copies (but or therefore is well known because everyone wants to have it) or (good) music who hardly any breathing creature is aware of?

im workin on my collection, but bein in high school still and not having a job, its hard. i have yet to get any of Vintersorg's stuff(ashamed to say that), i just have mp3s. its also tough to find around here, the last time i checked they had nothing at all by him.

Night's Blood, that sounds cool hey-I have several vinyl by Dissection but no Night's Blood.
I do have Gehenna~Ancester of the Darkest Sky
and My Dying Bride~Sexualiy of Bereavement 7"s but no belt for my turntable does no good for me.
:(
I like opacity's comment on rare stuff... my father alway's say's "you can't miss what you don't have" and in this case what you haven't heard of that's not available.

I have all Coffinshakers vinyl released. 4x7" 1x10" & 1xLP
All released in a limited edition of 666 hand numbered copies.
