I'm really surprised how people only listen to and elect metal, especially people over 20. This is not a critic, but I wonder how does it feel to listen to only one kind of music.

I listen to a lot more than metal, in fact the past month I have listened to barely any , but not all of the other music is new stuff, I'm not really up to date, so I can't really choose albums from 2008.

Turisas and Moonsorrow both released awesome albums though
As for only listening to metal, I tend to only follow metal bands because they put on thebest live shows, so I never get news about other bands untill someone tells me about it, be it tours/albums/ect. Makes it difficult when no one I know listens to that shit though .

I'd also like to contest anyone calling Agalloch's The White a metal album.
