I realised just now what a great year it has been so far. The second one in a row, after the abomination that 2005 was.

Well 2005 was the year of new albums by Porcupine Tree, Ulver, Opeth, Red Sparowes, Meshuggah, Gojira and Giant Squid so I guess it wasn't that bad year after all..

i kinda agree. i like Pale Sketches much better than the Lifeline EP.

i forgot to mention Ufomammut & Lento collaboration, i think i'd definitely put it in my top 10.

NIN is very good also, i need to relisten to it again.

not sure if Klimt 1918 will release their new album till the end of the year.
