I thought Christ Illusion was pretty decent, but this is how it goes, imho.

First five albums > Divine Intervention > Christ Illusion > God Hates Us All and Diabolis In Musica

I like all Slayer's shit, but kinda in their own ways. If you compared them to each album, yeah the early shit is Thrashier, more raw. But the newer shit is more mdern and I think kinda has a good feel to it in it's own light. :shrug:

well I must say that I applaud to changement in a band's music as long as they're not selling out but the key is to keep the points that sound great and change the other points of your music. Slayer just hasn't done that
