So far for me:

1. NEGURA BUNGET ... this record has layers upon layers of new things everytime I listen to it

2. VOIVOD - what a comeback ... can't wait for the live shows.

3. ABORYM - Regardless of the bickering above, this is a revolutionary record in Black Metal. It took a lot of balls to include Industrial tracks on it. And the songs are actually memorable.

Dude, you've GOT to be kidding me! This album isn't even the best dance/techno/dub album I've heard this year.

As far as my AOTY to date:

1. Amon Amarth - Vs. The World (I really don't care that 18 people in Sweden could buy this in late November; the rest of the world couldn't until 2003)
2. Dark Fortress - Profane Genocidal Creations (oh yeah)
3. Evergrey - Recreation Day
4. God Dethroned - Into The Lungs Of Hell

I haven't rated 'em yet, but the new Naglfar (Sheol) and the new Carnal Forge both completely kick ass.
