Alexi's Skill Decreasing?

Okay, so he's a worse guitar player than before. Less practise, more drinking, nothing left to prove, he's just chilling out. And if you've even been to a concert you know it's impossible to be a rock police if you're at the front.
I think his guitar playing has suffered a little. But if you read the questions asked to him in the GW article he says he doesn't practice as much anymore. I think he's too wrapped up in the partying side of touring.

now they can headline american and european tours and sell out shows he is at the top. back in 98 they probably had to work thier asses off to fill a venue and they had to play perfectly so that they could impress people. now that he's so big he probably feels he can just party it up and stop practicing because no one cares which is partly true because i have a feeling a lot of the new fans or mallgoths really don't either notice or care about how he's playing compared to the old days. its sad, but hopefully he'll realize why he dropped out of highschool and why he spent all that time practicing and try to master the guitar again.

Yeah, if you truely love your instrument, you should practice and play it as much as possible and not let stupid things like partying get in the way!

I wouldn't say that Alexi's skill decreased, per se...I would say that alexi's aproach at using his talent has changed dramatically.
