And Obama wins!!!

It sickens me that so many people hate on Obama and bitch about him ruining the country after sitting through 8 years of theocratic bullshit where hundreds of thousands of innocent people died on a fucking lie, pedophiles were covered up, and members of the fucking cabinet come out saying that intelligence warned them about 9/11 and they sat back and did nothing to prevent it.

Will he bring tons of change? Probably not. Not because he lied to America or anything like that, but because Bush did such a number on this country that the damage might never be fixed.

That is true. It is not a good time to become president. If nothing else because of banks tripping on each other and everyone crapping themselves about when the crisis will end.

In grossly Orwellian terms, the one thing that kept the peace in the domestic arena and ensured sustained economic growth was wartime effort. And sure, levels of trust in the president start to rise as the bombs fall...

People narrow minded enough to blame everything on Bush are the same people that eat up these idiotic "Change" and "Yes We Can" catch phrases. Sorry to break it to you guys, but your change isn't coming and your countries not getting any better. Obama and Bush might as well be the same guy. Until we get rid of the flawed and corrupt 2 party system that's dominating all branches of government, we won't change a thing in the US, not for the better at least.

I'm not a flaming liberal/blind Obama supporter, but the facts are facts. Dude called for a timetable on the war, got preparations underway to close Gitmo, banned torture... All in the first day. That's enough change for me.

That said I'm mad they aren't trying Bush for warcrimes. The entire administration should be hung, oldschool style.

As much as I hate the Obama loving bullshit (he's almost considered like a messiah by the french media and shit), and the way his mulatto origins are constantly talked about (at least in France) as if it made him superior for that reason only, I'll give him a chance, a couple years and see what he does.
But to be honest I hope he fucks up badly cause that will definitely sadden his blind followers here who are annoying dumbasses.

For a froggy it is not that bad... Are you originally from Paris or the provinces? (actually, in Spain calling somewhere the provinces would cause an uproar :loco:)

I live in Paris but I have origins from all over western/northern Europe. My french origins are from the provinces (northern half of France).
But honestly there are tons of people (males) in Paris who are taller than me (i'm talking about real french people (whites)).

It's funny, Europeans care more about the guy than most Americans do.

That's why he has an 80% approval rating in the US right?
Yeah, of the 1/3 of the US population that involves themselves in politics. I didn't mean it in a serious way like you took it, but it does seems like more Europeans follow American politics than Americans. Nothing to do with Democrat or Republican or whatever, just that most people don't seem to give a shit what path this country goes down, they're more concerned with a candidates sex or color.

Sure, but you made him out to look like no Americans care about him and he only has a following in Europe. Let's not forget what the election results were/what his ratings are currently. Can he fuck up? Of course, and as I said, I honestly don't expect tons of change either.

Whether or not his popularity in the US has to do with race is up for grabs. I honestly believe that a democrat was going to win this election regardless of who it was. Bush was a disgrace to humanity and honestly should be tried along with the majority of his cabinet for the crimes they committed, and the fact his approval rating towards the end of his Presidency was at such a pathetic low indicated that the majority shared my hatred. Plus, the fact that all the would-be Republican candidates regurgitated Bush's theocratic drivel + that Ron Paul constantly pwned them in the debates with respect to US/World history and the war in Iraq (I still disagree with his libertarian stance on forcing gov out altogether) helped seal the deal.

Ok, I am going to post my two cents worth in here, although my understanding of what this has to do with music or AA is beyond me. But I love a good debate!

To those of you saying 9-11 was an "inside job" You all are half right. Quit watching that fat idiots (Michael Moore) video's please. The real reason 9-11 was an inside job was Clinton could have had Osama killed after the U.S.S. Cole or the U.S. Embassy in Kenya being blown up. (Or a hole put in it). Clinton's "you are what you eat" (pussy) attitude towards Osama's previous attacks on the U.S. is what gave him the fuel he needed to put the plan of attack into operation. Don't blame Bush for Clinton.

I know this is an old post, but holy moly. Clinton was no gem, but he apologized for not killing Osama many times, citing it as a major blunder of his administration. In fact, he left Bush some detailed plans to kill Bin Laden after his term was up and they didn't do jack and shit. And the fact that Condi got an intelligence report with the title "Bin Laden determined to strike America" but tossed it aside as if it was a bad movie screenplay... That's ok?

EDIT after just having re-read your post... Wow... you are whacko.
