I'm not attacking you or anything, but it seems you have understood this wrong.
Most BM-fans don't like LaVey, just for the fact it's more like humanist way of thinking and it doesn't differ much of i.e christianity. LaVey has some good points, but he was just some capitalist who tried to make money with satanism.
Second, you're mixing satanism and worshipping satan, which is ok, cus in english language those two aren't separeted. Satanism isn't religion, satanism doesn't believe in actual satan, satanism is believing in yourself. Satanism just has pretty bad image, mainly because of christians and other fanatics who want to make it look really bad and demonic in front of masses. Although worshipping satan has some same things with satanism for example glorification of power, elitism etc.

That is indeed what many people who claim to be satanists today define it as. However, imo, it's a misinterpretation due to confusing of terms, and also leads a negative backlash from established religions due to name not content. The Satanism linked to the Christian theology should be the only true and valid Satanism. The rest of it, while sharing some common themes in terms of liberation, self-sufficiency and cynicism, is better described, for all purposes, by terms like nihilism, deism or atheism (depending on variation sometimes even anti-christianism).
Most BM is nihilistic and atheistic, some is anti-christian, but very little of it is actually satanistic the way I define those. Now, of course, those are simply terms to ease explanation and classification, but I think the way you (and many other people whether in support or opposition of the ideology) use these terms leads to unnecessary confusion and misunderstandings. I would also not blame it entirely on the christians for the backlash, because it's partly the fault of specific BM artists who are, in essence, engaged in semi-professional trolling of the Christian church.

We must not pay homage to any of the sacred cows presented to us, including the roles we are expected to play ourselves. 5) Herd Conformity -- That's obvious from a Satanic stance. It's all right to conform to a person's wishes, if it ultimately benefits you. But only fools follow along with the herd, letting an impersonal entity dictate to you. The key is to choose a master wisely instead of being enslaved by the whims of many.
6) Lack of Perspective -- Again, this one can lead to alot of pain for a Satanist. You must never lose sight of who and what you are, and what a threat you can be, by your very existence. We are making history right now, everyday. Always keep the wider historical and social picture in mind. That is an important key to both Lesser and Greater Magic. See the patterns and fit the things together as you want the pieces to fall into place. So not be swayed herd constraints--know that you are working on another level entirely from the rest of the world.
