Fuck reboots. The origins of most super heroes are total shit, why insist on telling the same story over and over again? That´s why The Dark Knight is better than Batman Begins. Batman Returns is better than Batman. X-Men 2 is better than X-Men. Spiderman 2 is better than Spiderman. Hellboy 2 is better than Hellboy.
If I could make a movie about Daredevil I would start with the following caption: "Blind lawyer with super human skills creates an alter ego to kick the ass of those he can´t put in jail by the law". There, in 5 seconds I managed to explain all the boring stuff and got clear to tell a good story.

True except I liked x-men better than the sequel. And Origins was even better. And the new one was just as good. (or better)
EDIT: And as far as Daredevil goes. I like the idea. I like good movies and I like superheroes so if they can put those together I'm pleased.

^ zack snyder is doing the superman reboot... my friend is a rotoscope artist for that film. she says the dailies look pretty dark.

there are some cool superheros and a whole bunch of lame ass superheros. Like captain america (what?? spinning shield wooooow) Daredevil OMG so sucky (im blind, but i can still kind of see???!!!) man the list goes on and on.. Just do dark kick ass movies like the kind-of-new Batman series!!!!

But the upcoming Captain America seems promising. It has a dark feel to it too.
It´s more about who is writting the stories than the character itself. Daredevil, Elektra and Batman are lame, but Frank Miller wrote amazing stories with them. The heroes on Watchmen are complete generic garbage and Alan Moore managed to put them in an awesome tale.
That´s why I think they should focus on a great story instead of how the guy turned into a hero.

I'm sure it'll be cool. I just wish they hadn't recast Superman again. I thought that Brandon Routh guy was fucking perfect. He may have been just a little too young looking for the most part but holy shit, he was as big as CR and REALLY looked like him. Even his voice and mannerisms, especially as Clark Kent were spot on to CR
This new guy Henry Caville or whatever, he just doesn't look like Superman to me. They actually would have been better off going with the big werewolf guy from True Blood but ideally speaking they should have stuck with Brandon routh
Aside from that, I'll give the guy and the movie a chance. I actually liked the last one so I'm pretty sure this one will be that much better

He was not bad but if they would go with him the movie would still be a bit cheesy as the old movies are. If they somehow could get it to be a bit darker

Yeah i like where all the newer comic movies are going with being a bit darker and less kid like. I wonder if the last batman movie is going to go along with the Knightfall arc for batman.
It´s the "drum editing" of video. It´s like when you draw something over the frames. Most of the time creating a mask around the actors to apply CG. Boring, precise, mechanic and repetitive task.
