I have to say Vintersorg, pretty much the only one of what I listen to that has a 'logo'.
I don't think the Marduk one is that good, you might do with a bit of originality.
I like the Dimension Zero one too, the one thats on the inlay of the cover, not the crappy one on the cover.

My band's logo is cool, I'll have to copy it. But I like a lot, like Vintersorg (old and new), Borknagar, Stratovarius, Iced Earth, Iron Maiden, Cradle of Filth, and tons more.
