Well I didn't.

I think breakdowns really have no place in metal. It sort of shows a lack of imagination in the music. Instead of writing a stupid little break down, why not just turn that breakdown into a tempo-changed verse or even chorus? I think tempo-changes are needed much more in music then breakdowns.
