I suggest, Broccoli-spinach with garlic- Brussle sprouts or Asparagus. Egg whites are good in the morning. You can eat almost any meat anytime but the key to success is a reward.Get some Crystal lite lemonade for a treat. But the key is to eat before you go to bed. Also take a colon cleaner everytime you eat. This will empty out your intestines of all that rotted shit and will help you digest better. As far as recipes go.
Go to shoprite and buy someof those spice shakers. The best ones are the
McCormick spice blends. There are like 6-8 of them and will dress up any meat you use. You can also use most marinades that are low in carbs 15 or less. Don't be afraid to eat fish either. Most fish cook quick are cheap and break up eating meat all the time. I have lost 20 pounds so far. In 1999 i did atkins and lost 80 pounds. I celebrated by drinking 100 pounds of guiness- hahahaha
