There's always a bunch of laws that are not enforced (anymore) and that most people don't even know about. But this doesn't change the fact that these laws exist. If you catch your local authorities on a bad day, they might as well sue your for the "crimes" you committed. Not very convenient, methinks. Anyway, not enforcing laws is still the lesser kind of evil. Otherwise most of us would be in jail right now.
