Anthrax is nothing without JOHN BUSH, I will be buying Armored Saint CD's from now on. I can't wait to laugh at the new anthrax cd with bloey beladonna. Why do youthink they fired him in the 90's?

Another new member decides to sign up and spout out bullshit. Ludicrous posts like the one you just did do nothing more than stir up BS on this board and it makes you look so stupid.

I'm a HUGE Bush fan as much as the next guy, but all I can say metalmarkk is "you idiot".

The Anthrax name wouldn't be worth shit if Belladonna hadn't been the frontman. All 4 Bush albums are out of print, no one wants half-assed grunge/Pantera backwash bullshit. If Anthrax had debuted in 93 they would be touring with Sponge, not Slayer and Megadeth.

I like both singers (actually prefer Bush slightly over Belladonna) but to say they screwed up for getting back with Joey is nuts. Anthrax albums haven't exactly been flying off the shelves the past 15 or so years and there's more buzz about Anthrax now with the Big 4 shows and the tour with Slayer and Megadeth then there has been in ages and your kidding yourself if you think either of those would have happened with Bush fronting.

As if Charlie is gonna start writing better songs because Joey is back. So you think he wrote bad songs on purpose with Bush, saving the good ones for the day when Joey would return? Please... Joey had no input whatsoever when it came to writing music and lyrics and you all know this. It's the reason he was fired back in the days. Now that he's back, you all think that Charlie will suddenly write Among the Living part 2?

The new album is just going to be the follow-up to WCFYA, with a different voice. Nothing more, nothing less...

You are all putting Bush down and the albums the band made when he was the frontman. But the fact remains that it was the same guy writing songs, Charlie. With no known input from Joey on the new album, what makes you think the new album will magically materialize into the greatest trash metal album of the decade?

You all love Joey, that's cool with me, to each his own. But I think your expectations for the new album are way too high just because Joey is back...

Peace y'all

You're probably right, I do hope and think Charlie will try to wrote some more old school styled riffs. Of course there won't be an "Among The Living" part 2, but let's hope it'll at least kick ass!

I would guess that since they've been playing more old stuff for a while the new album may go in that direction.
