Or to put it in other words, humans are meant to eat animals. It's just how things are. If you absolutely have to protest against something why can't it be against Bush going to war in the name of God or the Mexican invasion or Nike for paying Michael Jordan more than all the little innocent kids that produce the shoes alltogether.

Being a vegan does absolutely nothing except 1: Gives you a lame reason to feel better about yourself because you're too lazy to actually do something that contributes to better society/environment/"insert word that applies to more than your own ego" and 2: Pisses people off because they think that the person they are dealing with is a complete idiot that needs to be hit in the head with something along the lines of a plank or a rock with sharp edges.

Vegans are useless selfish bastards that suck. End.

I'm not going to start preaching about veganism in here because A) it would be offtopic, B) I've done it before and don't need to do it every time some moron comes waltzing in with cockamamie ideas about veganism and C) my preaching would only make you more stubborn.

I will only suggest that you do some more reading on the subject, because you're very, very far from anything concrete and truthful.
