I freely admit this, I don't like Christianity and am put off by anything to do with it. By the same token, I can kinda get on with Anti-Christian lyrics because they're some of the things I've thought at times...

Now... christian lyrics in Ska, not a preference, but it kinda makes sense.

Christian lyrics in metal... It feels completely wrong. Its agressive music. Dark music. Neither are thing that should be associated with christianity IMO.

I don't care if bands are christian, I do mind if they start putting it into Metal. Bigoted of me perhaps, but there you go.

Paramaecium did it pretty well. So did Extol. Living Sacrifice, believer, deliverance, antestor, and arkangel were not bad either.

So you're a fan of Christian metal?!

You've named 6 bands I've never heard of in 10 years of metal studies (I've heard of Extol).

I guess if I was a Christian I'd probably like the idea of Christian metal, but then again I probably wouldn't be alured to metal in the first place.

I am a fan of Christian metal if they have talent. If they can play good music and have a Christian message more power to em. Thats all I have to say.
