The Word as Law is a great album but their best will always be Through Silver in Blood. Unbelievably heavy record.

It's actually been quite some time since I last put them on, but probably Animosity.
I know that it's their post-1980's stuff that is more loved by their fans though.

Everything from Souls at Zero to Times of Grace is masterful. A Sun that Never Sets and Given to the Rising are excellent as well. Even their last two, which were pretty predictable, are still enjoyable. One of the most consistently strong metal bands.
