Copying the URL of an uploaded file using the sneap ftp

I know I have done this in the past. I've uploaded files before. But now when I right click on the file and choose to copy the http it gives me a message saying I need to configure something. Is there another way to do it. I think I have just forgotten it's been so long...

I just upload the file and type in the path lol
