I see it as the end for any truely good band once you open for Slayer or any bigger tour. Once you crossed that threshold into the mainstream like with Slayer, Gigantour, or Sounds of the Underground....you are on that boarderline of kind of becoming crap unless you stick to your sound and roots...like Amon Amarth has done. One of the few bands to keep true while still taking bad touring choices.
