The big reason for charging extra for shipping: GAS MONEY (and also packaging materials). However, I doubt those two amounted to $13, but whatever, that's chump change dude, certainly not worth making a public stink about IMO!

What's the problem??? A "Landscape Dreams" is something nonsense by itself....isn't awfull, isn't pleasant too, it's aways seen like a odd representation of a truth or a thought. Sorry guys..... it's just supposed to be a clear (i swear that's supposed to be clear) opinion.... hahaha

I think it's overpriced too and thnk it could easily just be included in the cost of the software to begin with. I also think they cheap out with other things, like burning discs (and badly, I might add..... always lots of errors and bad discs) instead of getting them pressed like most software companies seem to do. Don't really like the idea of buying expensive software that is just burned on discs, knowing the discs are gonna go corrupt in a few years.... but hey, what're you gonna do, I guess....
our product has gotten pretty big, but we're still a small company. we cannot handle thousands of upgrades orders in such a small time and space. We hired a logistics company to handle the upgrade, and this is where extra costs come in. We simply wouldn't be able to do this ourselves in a timely manner.
I treat my customers with respect and offer a product that I stand behind 100%. I'm sorry you are unhappy about the extra handling cost. I hope you'll be able to use the software and make some kind of profit that will make up for this cost.
and 3.0 is on replicated discs with pretty graphics.. we even have the chick on there now.
