Lykathea Aflame is quite an odd experience. Melodic brutal death metal/grindcore.... dont see that much.

They chagned their name into Lykathé and they were about to record a new album in 2006 but I dont know what happened.


I just discovered that back in the 80s there was a serbian death/thrash metal band called BloodbathThey were popular among deah metal fans back in days.

I agree with Darkgift, this is a death metal tread. And because black metal (especially really necro and kvlt black metal) kicks death metals ass it is not fair towards the death metal bands to speak about superior black metal in this tread
