Has anyone listened to any Waco Jesus? Their first few releases were terrible... and enough to make you a bit sick to your stomach.... but their new release, Sex Drugs and Deathmetal seems like they've matured a ton (no more shit + rape pornogrind lyrics) and its actually good from what I've heard so far.

Those are fucking awesome.
It's weird, though....Samael was never about the blastbeats. Ever.
Blood Ritual was actually rather slow and doomy at times and Ceremony was just all about the riffs.
I'm not complaining, I'm just surprised.
So awesome to hear them keep their promise.

Agreed, yesterday I finally listened to the new cd (also first cd by them I've ever listened too fully). It kicked my ass.
