On the outside I feel that it's wrong to kill another human being.

But if someone killed a person that I loved, I know wouldn't hesitate to kill them....

So yes?

g.i.a.a. is right...it costs a *lot* of money to put someone to death (in the US atleast). there's also been statistics where crime in states with cap. punishment is noticeably higher than in states w/o it. i was for the death penalty until i actually found out some facts about it and the effects of it. i'm against it now.

Yeah it annoys me that it has been proven not to reduce crime rates, so what is the pint if life incarceration is also cheaper?
