Bought my Digi-Pak from Metal Mayhem. It only cost me $31 send to Alice Springs. Not too bad since their normal price is $35.

How did you get it so cheap?? What the hell are Metal Mayhem doing? It's more expensive to pick it up in the store rather than have them ship it out to you... bizarre.

has anyone been able to buy a jewel?
i think if they don't release it in jewel case they'll release Damnation in digi too and then release it as the Deliverance and Damnation jewel case edition.
maybe not but it is a possibility

I haven't seen the jewel cases.. only the digipacks. I assume the jewels will come later.
