Diet/Nutrition Thread

I've been really trying lately to make my diet better. I end up eating a lot of deli meats and cheeses post workout which probably isn't enough protein. All my workout buddies all just eat tons of grilled chicken and I can't stand that.
 
I have a couple friends in Seattle who have two ducks (in addition to two dogs and two cats...making an ark). I visited one time and he made duck eggs that had been laid that morning, and they were fantastic. They were like bigger, creamer, yolkier eggs
 
I do all my shopping at Aldi's so I get the shittiest fucking shit on the planet and I love it. I'm even a shitty Italian and eat Chef Boy-Ar-Dee on the reg (or the Aldi's equivalent "Bon Italia"
 
If someone doesn't care about food I get that, but some people can engage inbheadscratching behavior. Like paying ~13$ a gallon for raw milk and then grocery shopping at Aldis. Why bother with the raw milk if you're going to eat that shit?
 
I rarely drink soda. I don't eat fastfood very often, but if I do get a diet coke.
 
I am not a fan of soda, and only drink a few Orange Crush a year. But I know a few people over the years that can kill a 12 pack of coke per day. I mean fuck, if you're going to do that you may as well drink beer instead, just as bad for you but with a bonus buzz. :lol:.

How can someone drink that much of anything (besides water)??? Same goes for the coffee addicts I know that literally don't drink water, they just chug coffee all day. I did not even believe it when two co-workers told me that coffee is the only thing they drink besides the occasional cup if water after brushing their teeth at night. After witnessing it first hand I was deeply disturbed.
 
I drink one large cappuccino when I get up. That's it. If I have a second coffee during the day I end up with the caffeine jitters. I don't get how people can drink coffee all day.
 
I know a lot of guys on this board have expensive tastes and all but it's really not that hard for a scumbag motherfucker like me or Yoda to guzzle that shit.
