it's a huge oyster shell, filled with oyster meat, flying fish eggs and salmon eggs. it's spiced up a little bit then they crack a quail egg on top and in Japanese tradition u gulp it down in one bite. i take my time with it, it tastes FUCKING AMAZING. i have a picture from my last sushi trip ill put up somwhere
