To answer the thread question: Not likely. MAYH is about tied with it, and Damnation may surpass it, but we'll have to wait and see.

SL is by far their best IMO, probably because I've listened most to it... I'm sure their other albums are just as great once I get the time to sit down and listen to them the way I've listened to SL.

Still Life is excellent, but I like all their albums pretty much equally.
