Drudkh lyrics?

Freanan what do you mean it grew boring? Anybody else have opinions?
It is the same problem as i have with Burzum's Filosofem and Nargaroth's Geliebte des Regens:
It has a very great and intense sound (productionwise), and i like the overall feeling and atmosphere (not so much with the Nargaroth album, but the other two definitely).
I also like the single riffs.
--> I really loved this album in the beginning.
But very soon i realized, that after 5000 repetitions of the same riff the songs would better stop instead of doing another 100000 repetitions.
I still love sound, ambience and atmosphere, but i cannot stand to listen to the whole album while doing nothing else. It might still be good while you read something and are not bothered by the boringness because only the atmosphere seeps through while your mind is already concerned with reading.

Well, put simply, the Sunwheel is an aryan pride/white power symbol.
garbage! the sunwheel has been a pagan symbol for ages (fylfot, sun disc...). and considering alot of BM bands, including quite a few eastern european bands, include folk influences in their music. it could be a pagan reference as well.

it bothers me that such anciety symbols are perverted because of one racist asshole. and while im not gonna argue whether drudkh are racist or not, considering their nature theme, it could be a pagan reference.

They give such symbols a racist significance, even though the symbols did not originally have such meaning and are often used by nonracists today, especially practitioners of modern pagan religions

Goddamnit. Generalizations like that totally fucking suck.

Drudkh are a very good band, nothing memorable though. get their albums, very nice to listen to.
Isn't that a bit contradictory?

@GR:

Yeah you're right, Hitler took the swastika for example from ancient rome (it meant happiness or something) if I remember correctly and rome had taken it from pagan culture.

So it could just as easily be pagan as NS as you say.

I just don't like supporting NS bands because I'm totally against what they stand for.

I've already ordered Drukh though, they seemed "safe" ;)

its also a native american thing. mostly in the southwest. when i was in new mexico, the buildings had swastikas as tile work.

correct me if im wrong, but in every culture that used the swastika (excluding the nazi's), it was a sign of hapiness or good luck

Is the Nazi one the only one that is rotated 45 degrees?

I don't see how theres anything wrong with that.

Well I saw it on some ancient roman buildings so it's pretty old symbol. The guide said it meant happiness.

So yeah looks like the Nazis flipped the meaning.

indeed they did. however now adays it dont matter. especially since most aryan retards dont rotate it when they tattoo it on themselves

in any case, to bring it all back to the topic at hand, i think it is very likely that this is a pagan reference

The German national socialist workers' party used it as a symbol for bad luck and pure fucking evil, we all know that. Great way to unite the people behind you.
