I see it too, but this is to be expected, since it is a free hosting, it has nothing to do with bandwidth, since this place allows unlimited bandwidth. Not sure of their uptime, but would say it's close to 99%.
I am checking the payed hosting site now.

I still see Siren, Phyros and Rei Toei, how odd, but I need to find a new server for the images now, fucking self-righteous bastards. And this site used to work for images, so this might be brand new, they also changed their file management system between today and yesterday.

i see those three avatars too. maybe it's because you added them later and the site's got an automatic banner that only switches on after a certain time?

It could be, well, I am looking into a pay site right now, not too bad even only 60 euros/year with 3GB transfer limit, which is a bit small, so I will have to see if I can get that higher, if so I will get it right away. I think they allow external linking, but not sure, so I will check that too.

Well, we will use that, at least until I find out about the pay site, so far I like what I read, far cheaper than I expected too. Oh and if you wonder, it's in finnish, so a link would do you no good

A week ago found a site for my avatar, www.tripod.ca as you register you have about 12mb free space. Now it works,but i don't know if it's a "good" place 'cause somebody in the chat/off topic said that their account have been erased.

As for the avatars, I see Kovenant84's, Misanthrope's, Rei Toei's, and rahvin's.

The others don't work and have that image link message on them.

Yeah, I know they allow external linking, the thing is I think they have a rather limited bandwidth and for this use, you want a lot, well, in your case it's ok, since you are only hosting your AV, but for me, it's not enough, the one I use has unlimited bandwidth, so it should work all the time. And I think Tripod might have some limits on how long they keep some site up, for example, some sites delete your account if you haven't received visitors in 90 days or so.

Actually I was just reading Tripods policy and this is what I found:

Remote loading is the practice of using your Tripod account for the purpose of storing files (images, etc.) for use on another site, or for backup purposes. Unless otherwise specified, Remote Loading is not allowed. Tripod accounts used for Remote Loading will be terminated without warning.

So, yes, your account will be terminated, when is another question, but it will be.

And yes, you can send me the AV, can't promise anything, seeing as that site acts a bit funny, but I will read more about the pay site, which I will end up using, if certain terms are met.
