i hate that top end of the 609 on its own though
sounds like above 2khz it has one of those lo-fi plugs on it
i keep expecting to hear vinyl crackle any second

I like A slightly more than C... I figured that C was the SM57, but have no experience with the others. If there were only one that could capture somewhere between A and C... B just sounded horrible.
