Tough between Mötley Crue, Cinderella and Twisted Fucking Sister, but I voted for Mötley Crue.

But still the best is anyway Hanoi Rocks !

Twisted was okay, their first two records were great
After that, I could take 'em or leave 'em. I did however, dig their Love is for Suckers disc.
Hanoi Rocks?! I like Two Steps from the Move, their earlier stuff was just so bland, they weren't doing anything that special in my opinion. The only reason people even know about Hanoi Rcoks is because Vince killed their drummer & Axl decided to reissue their back catalog on the Uzi Suicide label a number of years back. The proff was that their discs didn't fly off the shelves even with Axl's push for the G'NR fans to buy. It was hard to decide between the Crue & Cinderella. Two great bands. I would almost go as far as saying that Cinderella was the most consiten of the two. Too bad the band has been in mothballs for a number of years.

I like the first 3 TS albums and I also think Love Is For Suckers is a cool record too. Come Out & Play was the only shit one I think.

I really love their "Under the Blade" 12". It had a decent production. When their first full album came out it had a shitty production. I was disapoined.

I agree that Stay Hungry is really overrated but I still like the album. I don't think its the best or anything though.

You Can't Stop Rock & Roll kills it.

Check out the album Back to Mystery City. You may like the music of Hanoi Rocks or not, but it is everything else than bland, that´s for sure ... at least not in the way I understand the word bland, had to look for it in the dictionary :). If you like Two Steps, you will love Back to MC.

I will check that one out. The former members of Hanoi Rocks didn't
really do it for me though. I tried. I bought Monroe's Not Faking It, There's a couple tracks on there that were "fair." I also checked out Shooting Gallery & Jetboy, what a waste those two bands were....
Two Steps IS a killer record, though.
Stay Heavy Cold Gin.

These are the two bands on my list that I can listen to over & over & no really get sick of their stuff....

Same here. I think of all the bands in that style at that time those 2 are the best. I also really like RATT but I have long since lost their tapes and haven´t yet replaced them.

Bar none the best Ratt disc in my opinion was Invasion of Your Privacy.
I think the band should have been as huge as Motley, but something held them back. I guess it was the scene getting diluted by all the "copy" bands?! Warren has a style all his own. I think Robbin was more of a songwriter, than a guitarist. A true poser. He did help write some killer tunes. R.I.P. Robbin.

I think maybe the thing holding Ratt back from being as big as they deserved to be was Stephen Pearcy. I like his voice but it sounds like strained and isn't very radio friendly, its a bit of an acquired taste.

Warren is certainly underrated. One of my fave guitarists of all time!! Invasion is probably my favourite Ratt album as well, totally filler free that one. It's flawless really. Detonator is probably my 2nd favourite just because it's so damn catchy and has some great grooves on it, and probably Warren's best guitar work.

Just gotta say POISON!!!! They are the best band on the list as far as I am concerned. Personal opinion you understand but they outshine everything else on the list. From golden oldies that everyone knows like every rose and nothin' but a good time to the newer such as wishful thinkin', strange and doin' as I seen on my t.v. they haven't put a foot wrong. I say again POISON!!! Rock and Roll at its best.

I think Bon Jovi are better than all of these losers.

But no one beats the ultimate glam band...Metallica.

Ratt was my fave. I still listen to them today. With songs like Back For More, Wanted Man, You're In Love, Lay It Down and Way Cool Jr you can't go wrong.

I loved alot of those 80s bands...Poison, Motley Crue, Cinderella, Warrant I've still got their records and tapes.
