"The End of Heartache" I don't think was done by Andy at all, actually...I think they were already all amped by Adam before the files ever got to Andy. And too muffled? No way, I think it's one of the most beastly tones ever recorded.

doomsday has the best lead tone EVER.PERIOD. (at least for me)
the rhythm guitars are really good too.
They use it for rhythms too. I know Adam used it on The Fall of Ideals for rhythm.
Nah as far as I know it was all SLO and maybe a little Recto or Triamp or something. But yeah mostly all SLO 100
I can't really say that I drool over of ANY of his tones except MH's The Blackening.
