Aye, Cruachan!! I reckon that sounds so strange hearing a woman singing 'our father who art in heaven, corruption be thy name' for some reason...

I was recording a cover of Agalloch's 'As Embers Dress The Sky' yesterday, and I played the female vocal line ('I soared above them as they worthlessly poured thought from... etc') on a nylon string acoustic, it sounds fucking great

i heard a band called forever slave with the track ophelias eyes and liked it, but i think when they do the harder metal with just clean female vocals imho its a joke and i cant stand it, but i agree with a moogle on his opinion
