Yeah, but playing is more like a hobby, more than a dream for most people here, people live with thier feets in the ground, because you have to work really hard to get things, or food and goods, there are more things to concern, than to thing that a nuclear blast guy will come ever to a gig.
My point was that this thing (as a cultural movement, or musical education, talent impulsing) are not considered good option for extra-ordinary activity(for example a kid with piano classes in the afternoon before his homework), an investment or stuff, like in other countries that you can get guitar classes for free in your home, and there a big apperture to musical development.
and no, is not my case, i play for fun, and work in the mornings, nerds here are mustly known for playing dungeons and dragons, and walk the street viewing the world as a big fantasy road with 400 ft. monsters, and imagine that cars are big magical bugs....
