FREE STEVEN SLATE ELITE MIXER SNARE SAMPLE???

guys who don't own my stuff yet, post some demos with new SNARE19 and you'll be in a drawing to win one of four free copies of my ELITE MIXER EDITION.
 
oh yeah.. Wednesday... should give you enough time.. doesn't have to be a full song, 30 seconds at least I'd say. BTW, the guitar chain for that last song... go look at the images section at www.slatestudios.com and you'll see two full stacks... well it was that, PLUS a Fender Twin Reverb, all at once. I had either a 57 or a 609 on each cab. Plus there are a few different guitar parts there.
 
cool stuff. if you hear some cymbal stuff in the ambience its probably because there was a cymbal lying somewhere and all the compression brought it out a bit.. either way all those ambient samples are tested and will work killer! Ok so here is the good news, so far this forum is the only one who has posted mixes thus far so its looking good guys!
 
That's why I dig this forum, the people here actually produce music, rather than talk about producing music.

Btw, if I win the Slate Samples I would be the happiest MFer.
 
can I join the competion? I got the cd but hehe I can show of a diffrent sampler from elite :)
still only pre-production state..havent even mixed anything or even got bas but the drums sound awesome anyway haha :)

anyone can post a mix with the free snare19 for sure! I'll have to listen to coldplay but I bet I'll find some samps that get pretty close. That last mp3 sounds tight as hell.

still only the beginning, gonna re-record the guitars tight and not in my living room haha then lay the bas til the one and only "the unrest" lay down some vocals!. I keep you posted if you like it you could have it on your site :)

and would be nice with the drumagog tutorial.....cant get the thing to work good on the toms...:(
they sound so awesome so I really want it to work flawless :)

any chance you got msn ? haha :)
 
Today is my birthday. The Slate Drums sure would be a great present for me if anyone is feeling generous today :p
