Highrise is pretty cheap as fuck if you have a sniper or two with the thermo-scope. Right off the bat you can get a kill or two if they're good enough.
Not if you don't hold forward and blindly push out

If you mean Dark Corners of the Earth by Bethesda, then yes, it ruled.(don't have access to youtube from work).
Very underrated.
I do snipe on highrise, but never with the thermoscope. I for some reason am awful with it on any map other than Afghan
Yea, it's sluggishly-paced, but I think that works well for the sort of game it is. All good survival horror is rather slow compared to titles from other subgenres. It makes you feel the hopelessness of the situation your character has found himself in, and lets you soak in the atmosphere far better this way.I played that and got to the sewer part. The parts where you're being chased are fucking terrifying, but a lot of the other parts are sort of dull and the pace is a little too slow for me overall.
ah yes, even though im terrible at terminal, i really like it. wasteland can be fun if everyone choose to run-and-gun, as you say. though i prefer to say spray-and-pray. snipers ruin wasteland
everyone dislikes estate, but that's one of my best maps.
The major things that will affect the quality of your gameplay are your processor, graphics card and amount of memory.
Updating a graphics card and memory is easy, but if you want a good processor you might have to end up getting a new motherboard too.
Memory isn't a problem as I've moved just about everything to an external hard drive.
What cards/motherboards would you recomend?
