Serling all the way. For one, it will complement Vincent Price in a theme, and you can maybe get some Twilight Zone imagery around it, mosaic-like, to really make for a cool tattoo.

Be all artsy-fartsy and do Rod Sterling *loooove him* but incorporate DNB into it. But if you must pick one or the other, I'd say Sterling. Unless you do the cover fading into the skin, you'll an awkward square on your arm and that's just silly. But I'm you and the tattoo artist would figure that out.

And why the heck is the stupid login thing being so stupid?

I say if you go with the DNB cover... don't just replicate it. Take some elements and leave some out. I think it'd be pretty cool if it was just the hand and the water and nothing else. Real fans would know what it was, and people that don't know Nevermore would just think it's a cool tat.

I'm about to get another one myself. I never wanted to get a tattoo of anything to do with a band... but I HAVE been considering some sort of fish since I'm a Pisces. It just so turns out that this is probably the coolest idea I've found recently:

I would just do the whale of course. We'll see. I've been dying for new ink but I'm broke as a joke and half as funny.

Looks like I missed the suggestion phase. I was going to say that you should get a Bozarth, whatever that is, because it sounds awesome. But I'll have to go with Serling, because Vincent needs a poker buddy.

I always know what I want, even if I offer freedom to the artist to modify it artistically, and it has always turned out terrifically in such cases. In my current case, it's more about having the money, the designs are already established.
