nup... No way. Jon reackon's Ripper is so much better. I dunno, I still reackon Barlow. That guy was awsome. As far as this album goes, I am yet to be satisfied.

Ripper voice didn't need studio trickery to make it sound good. That's enough of a reason for me to prefer him over Barlow.

That is true, but Barlow sounds best on his most raw performance with Iced Earth, on Burnt Offerings. No excess production there (like on Horror Show). And Matt also sounds great on AIA, not that Ripper doesn't sound great live as well.

Both are excellent vocalists and are some of the best in the business.

Bah, Barlow kills Ripper. Ripper is great but he doesnt have the venom in his voice that Matt does on stuff like Damien, Dracula and Dantes Inferno Plus Barlow leaves Ripper for dead when it comes to stage presence

too much fuckin screaming at the top of his lungs! sounds good sometimes, but he's lacks the "venom" as spawn labels it.
either way, gettysberg is still fuckin cool!
