In terms of metal history his top two really are the winners here. But yeah it's sort of more interesting if things are less black and white and people vote based on their own tastes and not what is historically most important
How? Europe was just as historically important, and arguably it was an even more novel album being that hardcore may have eventually ended up creating thrash without metal. Europe's S/T is a landmark power metal album.
