yeah the closer on the d666 is probably a top 5 song of the year but the rest doesn't come close to matching it. only gonna be a HM for me.

i thought about listing steal this album too tbh but i knew most of the songs years before it came out so it never really felt like an album to me.

you'd probably like cauldron born from this year.

Don't remember liking the D666 that much outside of the absolutely killer closer. Haven't heard the Primordial, might like it but they have too many damn albums.

You only really need Spirit the Earth Aflame, Storm Before Calm and The Gathering Wilderness imo. Perhaps A Journey’s End as well but that’s one I really need to revisits. Also “Sons of the Morrigan” is on Storm Before Calm and I vaguely remember you liking that in the Mixtape game and it’s one of their best tracks regardless.

Haven't heard the Primordial, might like it but they have too many damn albums.

Journey's End and Gathering Wilderness are the ones you should listen. Maybe you'll like the first track on To The Nameless Dead, but IMO, they went to repeat themselves after that album relying too much on Alan's vocals to make the songs stand out.
