Was looking into this one just now, seems cool. The serial killer it's loosely based on was also the basis for a cool James Woods movie, I forget the name, but Schramm looks way sleazier.
I don't know if "sleazy" is the word I'd use but it is really gross and just dirty feeling. Buttgereit's a curious filmmaker. He's grimy and experimental but innovative and stylish at the same time. Nekromantik 2 is a brilliant juggling of tone.

1. Wir können auch anders
2. The Wrong Trousers
3. The Nightmare Before Christmas
4. Hot Shots! Part Deux
5. Manhatten Murder Mystery
6. Groundhog Day
7. National Lampoon's Loaded Weapon 1
8. 12:01
9. Robin Hood: Men in Tights
10. The Snapper

It's a bit difficult to rank movies I've seen 25/26 years ago, though some scenes on youtube helped to refresh my memories a bit and I even found three full versions (but didn't watch them from beginning to end due to lack of time).

Probably my favourite scene from "The Wrong Trousers":

While I'm at it, here's another great chase scene, this time from "A Close Shave":

I especially love what happens at 1:16. Unfortunately, the entire scene is cut off too early, because we don't get to see the "Thick Porridge Mix" being used.

Pleasantly surprised that Last Action Hero is on any lists at all, let alone multiple. The high point of the entire medium.
