The only accent that irritates me is the genuine New Zealand one, because I'm so used to watching movies and TV from overseas. Seeing Zoë Bell pop up in Tarantino films is jarring, especially when she has to have a line about how she's from NZ. Some NZ accents are several times worse than others too, as if being too lazy to enunciate well is contagious here.
I'm not bothered at all by someone else faking an NZ accent, eg. Anthony Hopkins in The World's Fastest Indian. Just makes it more entertaining.
