1995 is when I got more into owning tapes rather than just listening to the radio. Funny revisiting what my noob self had discovered from this year. Only Tracy Chapman made my list, but I also had the likes of Shaggy, Bon Jovi, POTUSA and Queen.

I might repeal that rule, I just wanted to avoid a thing where people just make lists of their favourite movies for each year, but in the form of listing the soundtracks, just to be lazy or fill spaces.

Honestly, go ahead and feel free to list soundtracks. If the soundtrack is genuinely good and not just a lazy filler choice, surely other people will also list it and in that sense it will deserve to be allowed to be listed.
